Ingredients:
Apples - 2
Rolled Oats - 1/2 cup
Milk - 2 cups
Honey - 1 tsp
Sugar - for taste
Nuts - for toppingMethod:
Wash, peel and chop the apples roughly. Blend it along with oats, milk, sugar and honey into thick smoothie. Adjust the consistency of the smoothie according to your preference by adding adequate milk.

Suggestion - adding a scoop of protein powder and substituting 1 of the cups of milk for almond milk for added protein and lower carbs.
